Every item you order from us travels securely with Royal Mail and comes with tracking, so you can follow your package’s journey from my door to yours. We’ve made sure that you can check in on your items at any stage of their journey, providing peace of mind that your goods are en route.

CURRENCY

Shopping from different corners of the globe means dealing with different currencies, but worry not. Our website lets you view prices in various currencies to make shopping with us more accessible. However, when it's time to checkout, all orders are transacted in GBP. Your credit card company will handle the conversion from GBP to your local currency. Keep in mind, the amount shown during checkout is an estimate based on recent exchange rates and excludes potential taxes, duties, and other fees. Should you decide to return any items, refunds will also be processed in GBP based on the exchange rate at that moment.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

United States: Customs and import duties are included with your order. No extra charges at delivery.

Delivery Duty Paid EU countries: Delivery Duty Paid shipping is available to the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and the Republic of Ireland. This means any import VAT and customs duties are worked out and paid at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. There are no surprise charges to settle at your door, and no waiting for your parcel to be released from customs before it can reach you. Everything is taken care of in advance.

Other EU countries: As per the new EU regulation, a flat customs duty of €3 applies to Business to Consumer (B2C) parcels under €150 entering the EU. The EU describes the measure as temporary, ahead of broader EU customs reform. According to the Council of the European Union's release, the €3 duty applies to all B2C goods under €150. It applies per line, so if a single parcel contains multiple different types of items, the duty can add up. This is in addition to VAT. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. We are legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required.
